    We’ll have a conversation about the role you are filling and work with you to identify key skills and  qualities needed in the candidates we’ll find. We challenge assumptions and embrace creativity. Widening the gate without lowering the bar.

  • Research and Outreach


    Based on the initial briefing and our own research, we’ll craft a comprehensive prospectus to attract  high-potential and passive talent. Then we will dig deep to create a deliberately nuanced first shortlist.

  • Benchmarking


    We’ll  assess and present an initial shortlist in two weeks. This is the feedback platform we build the broader list on. We share access to our CRM and schedule  weekly updates to track candidates, trends, feedback & expectations.

  • The Shortlist


    We’ll identify and present the candidates that raise the bar set at the two week shortlist. We’ll continue to  update you regularly. Transparency and partnership ensures successful outcomes.

  • TheFind


    We’ll help you finalize offer details. We optimize onboarding by underwriting Executive coaching for your new hire  and wrap up with a post-hire debrief. Our objective is to learn how you tick and then stick with you as you scale/transform.
